For a complete disconnection, we offer this apartment for 4 people, located in the commune of Arzon. Here, disconnection is total: no Wi-Fi, no television, but a giant natural screen from the balcony, with an unobstructed view of the sea and ocean. In addition to the visual spectacle and sound of waves, you can enjoy the scent of iodine, sea spray, and marine breeze.



The main room includes a well-designed and fully equipped kitchen. You will find a new induction hob, an oven, a microwave to prepare good small dishes, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, and a filter coffee maker will help you start the day well.



The dining area invites you to enjoy meals together, facing the sea, while the living room will offer a pleasant relaxation space with its sofa and a television.



On the sleeping side, you will have a first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a second bedroom for children, with 2 bunk beds (80x190 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin, a hairdryer, a towel dryer, and a washing machine. Finally, an independent toilet completes this property.



For added convenience, a private parking space is also made available to you, as well as a bicycle storage room that can accommodate up to 4 cycles.

Situation optimale par rapport à la plage et au port, superbe vue. L’appartement est propre et fidèle à l’annonce et ses photos; même si le mobilier et la vaisselle méritent un rafraîchissement. La literie et le canapé également … L’accès au parking est sécurisé mais il n’y avait pas de local à vélos.Très beau séjour dans la globalité, région riche en découvertes et activités.
