「Good breakfast 」

「Great hotel with a good breakfast. Dog friendly with a nice area to take dogs outside. Pool is covered but open to the outside which was great. Overall my family and I really enjoyed our stay. I’m so glad we upgraded to the bigger room! Only constructive feedback is that the hotel is right across from a homeless cafe and an area that felt a little insecure. We did notice police going through the area frequently, but definitely was a little concerned to walk anywhere and take our dogs out the...

「Had some outside door issues but it seems like an outside door was damaged during a recent storm. It worked out 」

「Even though this hotel is right off the interstate. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Easy access and walkable distance to places of convenience. The staff was friendly. Very clean. Breakfast was promptly served and kept filled. The prices were reasonable and affordable. We have extended our stay another 4 nights and chose to stay right here where we are. 」

「Easy access for one of our members who has to walk with a cane. They could have put us closer to the entrance/exit to make it less of a walk for him, but it was just a minor issue. Beds and rooms were clean and quiet. Still waiting on the $20 charge for incidentals to be refunded to my credit card, since we did NOT use any of their other amenities which would have generated this charge. I will give then two more days before I call them directly for the refund. 」

「Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone...
