Positiv: Ruhige Lage in Wohnquartier. Freundliche Concierge. Parkplatz neben dem Haus oder Parkplatz in Tiefgarage möglich. Zehn Minuten zu Fuss zur Piazza am See. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Migros) zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen. Negativ: Das Haus ist ringhörig. Den Wandteppich finden wir altmodisch.
