Loved the room and setting, but the mattress was quite hard and was not aware I would be on the third floor after climbing several flights of garden stairs. My suitcase was quite large, I was offered help so it was no problem. It just would have been nice to know!

Wir waren in der Villa Favorita untergebracht und fühlten uns sehr wohl dort. Das Zimmer war klein aber alles da, das einzige was gewöhnungsbedürftig war, sind die sehr schmalen Betten. Korpulente Leute hätten Probleme. Doch ich denke, grössere Betten hätten keinen Platz.

Villa Favorita mit Seesicht inkl. Frühstück

Wir durften in der Villa Favorita übernachten (1 Zimmer, Doppelbett und Bad inkl. Dusche) mit Seesicht. Die Seesicht ist genial, das Zimmer bot alles, was wir brauchten. Gut gelöst finde ich den Übergang (Outdoor Verbindungsweg von der Villa Favorita zum Hotel La Perla (oberster Stock, dann via Lift direkter Zugang zur Réception). Top ist natürlich die zentrale Lage, ein paar hundert Meter vom Zentrum entfernt.

Die Lage in Ascona am Hang ist sehr schön, Parking ist aufgrund der Lage eng. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gut unterhalten. Der Service ist sehr gut. Preis-Leistung sehr gut.
