「Bed was comfortable, large room and bathroom, very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Gardens extensive. No local amenities that I was aware of. Sort of place ideal if just passing through, having a reception or making use of the bar/restaurant.」

The Inn is set in beautiful countryside, and I loved the quaintness of the building, lots of different areas to sit in to eat or have a drink, and a nice covered seating area outside. 「Staff was helpful and the room was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were fine. I’m sure it had nothing to do with the hotel, but there was an absolute terrible stench outside when we arrived, it could actually still be smelled in the room. It eventually died down but never went away」

「What a beautiful property. Its a credit to its owners who have not missed anything that makes an overnight stay comfortable. Super clean, upmarket, comfortable and with all the little things that you expect - tea, coffee, biscuits - just those nice little touches. Then, there is the pub, which is simply superb. A classic English pub. What's not to like? And the breakfast was sensational. Highly reccomended. 」
