The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! Not great sadly.」

「I have stayed here before, and it has usually been OK, although not great. This time, the room I was first given had a collapsed wardrobe rail, and the second room had a loose bathroom hot tap, a very noisy bathroom fan, and the room’s waste bin was unusable. Restaurant food was OK, but the portion of fish in the fish & chips was surprisingly small, so it was poor value for money. I think the staff must be used to customers complaining, because they don’t seem at all bothered about things that...

「The room was a ground floor suite for a hotel the room had a seperate bedroom lovely spa bath/shower but sadly due to disability found it a bit of a struggle to get In this time this is are 3rd trip to same room we have a dog too the staff was very friendly couldn't do enough for you shout out to sam on reception and bar breakfast was in the bar area as we had a dog even she got scrambled egg or a sausage can't fault it defo be back」
