“We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was……

“We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick……

“The chalet was lovely and clean upon arrival. Fresh smelling bedding and super comfy beds! The chalet is well equipped and has plenty of kitchen ware to use. The outdoor seating area was perfect and just catches the morning sunshine to have a nice cup of tea in. Location was very peaceful and a short 8 minute walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Would 100% stay again. Super place! ”

It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. “Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly”

“Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. We had a great week exploring the area, Brigg is a lovely town so a great location. Shame about the lack of garden for our 6 children but lots of parking! The house could improve with……
