「Although we were only there for 2 nights and didn't spend a ton of time hanging out there, the space was clean and nicely furnished/decorated and provided all the essentials. The host was kind (when we asked to check in a half an hour early) and super easy to communicate with. Check-in process was a breeze and location is PRIME for walking to everything. The parking space is definitely a plus, as well!!
IF we HAD to pick anything non-positive about the place, I would say lighting in the bedroom...

「It was an absolute Joy to stay in this little cozy spot perched up on the hill in Asheville. I enjoyed feeing like I was away from everything despite being 5 min from downtown. I had all the utensils and appliances in the kitchen area I could need and loved the greenery just out the sliding glass windows. I would love to stay again!」

「Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was smooth with instructions provided by the host and documents located at the unit. All pictures seemed up-to-date and the place was clean and as described in pictures. The air conditioning worked flawlessly during a very hot week. The only two very minor things I would advise to the host is that the second bedroom is very small. The couple we traveled with brought their dog and we had ours and there was no room for the dog to lay down...

「Great location! Walkable to everything, room to spread out. There were 4 of us ladies staying. The noise machine and earplugs were great addition for a city condo. The place was very quiet, we only used sound machine for some noise while sleeping. Well accommodated! Easy to get to perfect temperature. 「The property was a great location. Walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants. Also close drive to a grocery store, hiking, and breweries. It’s nestled in a cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Porch was relaxing and walkway down to rental had tons of flowers. Communication was very easy. Host was responsive. 4/5 instead of 5/5 because of small fridge and no way to cook besides a microwave.」

「What didn't we like about this property? Nothing. The unit was exactly as described and better in person. The parking was tight for our larger SUV, but nothing that diminished our stay.
