Convenient downtown location

This is a great spot if you want to be downtown. It's clean, comfortable and close to everything. I like staying here when I'm coming into town.

Really clean and well appointed space. Beds and furniture seemed new. We were there for one night with two dogs and we appreciate that we could find a dog-friendly property downtown. It was a bit tricky finding a safe place to walk them and that was the only drawback. We had no issues with any of the unhoused people in the area or any of the agencies that serve them.

Very good spot

The property was good. An easy 10 minute walk to downtown. The parking is a little tight, and the homeless shelter is located directly accross the street, but overall this was a wonderful location for our trip. The host was fantastic

Great place to stay

Super clean with great amenities. I stayed here last year and knew how great this place is. Easy access to get in and the host is very accessible. Very short walk to food town restaurants as well.

Great renovated property!

We enjoyed our stay recently at this property. The property has just been renovated and was in really nice clean condition. The parking was great and the location was ideal to walk to great restaurants and shops!

Very nice place to stay.

The house was very clean and convenient to access anything you might want to do in downtown Asheville. Very easy to follow check in and out procedures. Also the view from the master bedroom was beautiful! Excellent place to stay will visit again.

Great Location

Very clean property in close proximity to downtown area! We really enjoyed our stay. May have missed it in the details, but does sit right across the street from homeless shelter, but didn’t cause any problems with our stay.

Place is nice, neighborhood is not

The property itself is pretty nice. Across the street, right outside our window, was a line of homeless people on the sidewalk smoking crack and doing who knows what other drugs. Parking isn’t the best and pretty tight around the back of the buildings. We opted not to stay after arriving due to the activities going on right outside the window.

Great place to stay in Asheville

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside to this VRBO was the parking spots were quite tight and the homeless shelter across the street. Although they never bothered us, they were there at all times during the week and weekend.

Nice spot for a weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay. This property was well appointed and practical brand new. Beds were good. Kitchen was modern and clean. Parking was adequate. Location was within walking distance of many areas of interest. Check out process was the best I’ve encountered (basically don’t need to do anything, just walk out).

We had a wonderful long weekend at Di Downtown Annie! Great location, clean and very well decorated and all space utilized. Beds were so comfortable. Everything you need is in apt. We will be back to Downtown Annie.

Beautiful and Clean

Convenient location, accessible to everything we wanted to visit. It was clean, tidy, and modern - very comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was being able to hear the three other apartments, so it woke us up from sleeping several times.

Comfortable and convenient

Great location only a few blocks from shops & dining. Beautifuly decorated with high end touches. Parking is tight but included so that a bonus. If you have a large SUV it might be tough. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
