Family Spring Break

Had a great stay. Great spot in relation to all the activities. Minutes from downtown. Don’t even need an alarm clock with a wonderful rooster right across the street to get your day going! Great location. Hot tub was a great perk at the end of the days. Great firepit area. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Asheville.

Great family spot

House was perfect for a family weekend getaway to Asheville and Biltmore. Plenty of space for 6 and the fireflies were a bonus for the kids.

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay in Asheville. This home is comfortable for our family of 6 perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub nightly, dinners around the dining room table, games in the living room and easy access to all the city has to offer. Great location. Lovely home.

Fantastic stay in Asheville

Adorable, clean, well decorated home in a great location for us! Right off the blue ridge parkway and just 10-15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Quiet neighborhood and we loved the fire pit and hot tub as a bonus to the property!

Fall Weekend in Asheville

We drove to Asheville to see the fall colors and the Biltmore Estate. The house was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It's a good location and a comfortable house. Recommended.

Clean newer house

Loved the hot tub, fire pit and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful bathrooms. The only small suggestion: we could have used a few more bath & kitchen towels for 4 adults. Definitely would stay here again & hope to do so!

Great location in between Black Mountain stuff and Asheville. Brand new place and it was just perfect. Had everything we needed - including firewood and kindling (which we used.) we will be back

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing and a perfect fit for our girls getaway. I’m pretty picky and I honestly have no complaints. The house was spotless with a beautiful modern decor. The management company was easy to get in contact with and responded quickly. The beds were very comfortable. And the hot tub was a great addition.

Great home base to explore Asheville!

We had a great week at Avondale of Asheville. The house is new construction, spotless, and very well appointed. Check in and out both went very smoothly as well. We appreciated being a little outside of town for a quieter retreat once we were done sightseeing, shopping, hiking — doing all that Asheville had to offer. That being said, it was less than 10 minute to the heart of Asheville, and a stone’s throw to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Would highly recommend!

Location and Luxury

This was the perfect mountain retreat for myself and my family. Beautiful and modern home with all the amenities you need. The fire pit and hot tub are the biggest selling features. Also, this is so convenient to the city of Asheville, but yet it is nestled deep in the woods to where you feel like you are far from the city. Very convenient to Biltmore Estate where we spent a day, and also a short 1.5 hour drive to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort. Would book here in a heartbeat! Very clean and spacious!

Great location + beautiful house

We were more than pleased with this thoughtfully designed and decorated new house! Our family of five fit very comfortably, and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and on the grill, playing in the yard and sitting around the fire pit. The location was perfect - minutes from Asheville and endless possibilities within an hour drive. We mountain biked in Brevard, rafted in Bryson City and hiked Catawba Falls. There is a Japanese spa on the mountain behind the house - we will definitely visit them on our next trip.

Loved it!

Beautiful brand new home with everything you need. Exactly as advertised- spotless, fire pit, hot tub, etc…. Many dead end streets are across the street which make for fun hikes with Mountain views. There is even a spa a mike away. Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center is one mile from the house. They have a one-and-a-half-mile loop walking trail there. There are longer ones if interested. The company which rents the condo is very responsive and helpful. I will be back!

Best Experience Ever!!

I was staying with 2 girlfriends for a girl's week in Ashville. We actually thought there must be something wrong with this house, because it wasn't already rented a month previous to our stay. The home looked brand new, clean and very comfortable. The pictures were spot on. The house even had the new house smell when we opened the door. Everything was spotless and the decor was beautiful. All three bedrooms were perfect as we had three girls, so one bedroom for each of us. We especially liked the 1/2-bathroom downstairs to utilize when we were taking advantage of the hot tub and firepit. On our way to the house, we stopped for extra supplies which was totally unnecessary. The property came equipped with plenty of everything for a 5 day stay. The house was close enough to all the amenities such as: downtown Ashville, the Biltmore house, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Chimney Rock and Pisgah Mountain. We spent our days sightseeing and in the evenings, we usually made dinner and enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. All the wood we needed was included. We couldn't have asked for a nicer house. This place is absolutely perfect and we'll definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
