We stayed in mid January so the 3 star pool rating is meant as a neutral, non-rating with a form that requires a rating. The neighborhood doesn't look great but we felt fine being there & it is conveniently downtown. The facility itself is older but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fine, like most hotel/motel chains - although we appreciated it not being closed down so early as many places do.The price was good. This is a good value motel.

Got in late and had to park 2 blocks away. Tile in bathroom so dirty. Ceiling tile all crumbling. Light beside bed turned off every time bed moved. No daily service so trash kept piling up and no fresh towels. Only got 1 towel each. Breakfast… yuk, bagels were like sawdust and the worst was powder creamer. Definitely would not stay again
