We really enjoyed our stay at this loft property in Asheville. The property is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. A special bonus was the use of the gas fire in the evening. The location of the property was very central, and an easy walk to restaurants and we also checked out a few of the local craft breweries! Parking was very easy in the parking lot across the road. This was our first time to Asheville and we really enjoyed it and wished we had longer there. Would definitely recommend this comfortable property!

Comfortable, clean and a great location!

We had a lovely stay in the loft. Perfect size for the 3 of us. We loved being able to walk almost everywhere. Great suggestions too from our host on restaurants!

Perfect Location in Asheville!

This is a really nice property that is walking distance to many fun things in downtown Asheville. All the extras are available for use like shampoo, coffee, spices etc! We would stay here again!

Music Festival Weekend

We stayed ay this property 4 nights for the AVL fest. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Condo was very clean, bed was very comfortable and owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is in such an excellent location in the center of Asheville. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Thanks for such a great stay. The host was very responsive and gave me accurate and useful info about parking nearby. We appreciate the space.

Great downtown location

Our family of 4 enjoyed the super convenient, walkable location in downtown Asheville. Loft was bright, airy, very clean and well equipped. Jason communicated very clearly and promptly. Great place to stay if you want to be downtown in the thick of things!

Beautiful condo with great location!

Our stay in Asheville was perfect! I said multiple times how I'd love to actually live in a condo just like this. Check-in was simple, and communication was clear and easy. The space was clean and well-decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We are very pleased with our stay!

Fun in Asheville

The loft was in an excellent downtown location with many fabulous restaurants, art galleries, and shopping within walking distance. The loft had everything we needed for a beautiful weekend getaway. The loft was super cute and decorated nicely. I would recommend the loft as a great place to stay while visiting Asheville.

Great Condo …. Awesome location…..

Condo was spacious, well equipped and clean. Everything to make a stay comfortation. Great location with walking distance to everything DT Asheville. Owners were very responsive in answering questions even on weekends and evening hours. We had a terrific stay.

Great loft in downtown Ashville !

Enjoyed our stay in downtown Ashville , very nice town …. Had an amazing pastrami sandwich across the street at the deli ! We also walked down to the river walk /art district love this area . We rented electric bikes and went up both sides of the river , very nice bike path !

Awesome location!

Couples getaway

We had friends visiting for the West Coast, and we wanted to show them Asheville. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and layout of this unit. Communication with the property manager was amazing and everything was delivered just as promised. We would absolutely rent this unit again.

Ringing in the New Year! 2025

Amazing downtown loft that is in the perfect location. A 5 minute walk to anywhere, which was great for ringing in the New Year. The loft was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The host was quick to respond and gave clear directions on the check in and out instructions. We will be back!

Beautiful Loft

My niece and I spent 3 nights in the loft. Excellent location. We walked everywhere! The host provided all the necessities and included suggestions on where to eat. Jason was easily accessible. I understand why he is designated a super host. We are already planning our next trip to the Loft.

Great Location

Drove up from Charleston for a two day trip to visit the Biltmore with the family. It was a perfect location after the tour to park the car and walk around town. We were able to check out a few breweries and restaurants with shopping of course. The Med is the must for breakfast….we will definitely be coming back. Great communication about how to get in and check out. Apartment was just as described and clean. Loved coming back with a bottle of wine from the Biltmore and turn on the fire place

Beautiful Loft

The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay.

Perfect location in a lovely downtown

If you are looking for a centrally located home in Asheville, this is it. The hosts kept in close contact with me and answered any questions quite promptly. The interior looked to be recently updated and was very nice and comfy. We were surprised how quiet the loft was, considering the loft is located downtown. You can walk to a plethora of restaurants. Parking garage is across the street. Thank you for a delightful week! We really felt at home in a special town and your loft. Thanks for sharing!
