Stunning east city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this newer, conveniently located condo in downtown Asheville. This 3rd floor condo boasts two queen bedroom, each with private baths. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and many other area attractions are also just a short drive away. One parking space is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Towns Property Management, Inc. is a local company that has staff available 24/7. We are here to answer any questions you have and take care of any concerns. You receive detailed check-in instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to your arrival, however, someone is always available for you; we want to ensure your stay is exceptional.

Only real suggestion is that the quality of the kleenex and paper towels was very low. We had to go get our own to use while there.

The stay was excellent. This is a great location walkable to all the restaurants and local breweries. We have stayed here multiple times. The only suggestion for improvement is the reservation process. The VRBO site clearly states that all transactions and communication should occur via the VRBO app for optimal security. When I completed the booking process on the app I immediately received an email with a link directing me to now pay the property management company. The link took me to a site that did not at all look legitimate. I felt like I was getting phished. I completed the booking process the following morning by calling the Towns Property Management office the following morning.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo downtown. It was within walking distance of everything! The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was super clean and modern with very high ceilings. Some mentioned the loud front road, but when we went to bed, we didn't hear anything. Entry to the garage and building access was simple. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend this spot!!

Asheville First Timers

We traveled with another couple and condo was great for the four of us. It’s located in an ideal spot and within walking distance to many of popular restaurants and shops. The condo is on a main road that makes the patio difficult to enjoy but we didn’t spend time there anyway. Our group would suggest luggage racks but otherwise it was furnished with everything we needed.

Spacious modern condo accessible to everything in Downtown Asheville

The condo as we entered was clean and spacious. Not too much clutter. The had basic need stuff at the condo. There were coffee pods but no sugar. The condo is on third floor and the building is off one of the busy streets in Asheville, Biltmore Ave. there is constant traffic on weekdays and weekends late into nights or early mornings. The first night it was hard to sleep even with the white noise app. Also the pillows were too thick to lay on them. The next morning, I emailed the Towns management asking for a square utility fan that would help with some air circulation in the room and block vehicle noise. I also asked for softer pillows. A couple hours later Alberto arrived with two fans. He was very friendly and helpful. I asked him for softer pillows again and he got me a few. After that our nights were much more comfortable and we were able to get a good night’s rest.

Beautiful location but queen beds too small and pillows all too hard puff with no other choices. A half drunk soda drink was left on kitchen counter upon arrival. But cool place to stay except needs bedroom upgrades.

Clean, safe and luxurious condo in the Downtown Asheville.

This building seems new. The unit was sparkling clean and is well decorated with quality furnishings, decor and appliances. This condo includes a spot in the building's parking garage. The location is very convenient, we were able to walk all over downtown, but were also only a few minutes to the Biltmore, the River District and UNC Asheville. I received an email prior to check in with all the information I would need to get checked in and to check out, it was a seamless process. Overall, this was an A+ property, BUT - the only con is that during our stay (Friday to Sunday) there was very loud traffic very late into the night. The unit is on a main street going into downtown and it was a very busy weekend. It really did interrupt our sleep.

Top Notch

Extremely happy not only with the condo which was modern, very clean and upscale but also the customer service was top notch. I had a couple questions which received attention within minutes. The condo is beautifully decorated. I do have two suggestions though. The pocket doors for the bathrooms really could use a different lock system that has a handle on it. Due to the weight of the door and nothing to easily grab it was difficult opening the door, a TV in the 2nd bedroom would be nice and a small detail, measuring cups. I found the kitchen very well appointed except for that. All in all, almost perfect.
