Peaceful, Quiet, Cozy Studio Near Biltmore Estate and Downtown Asheville

Five minutes to Biltmore Estate and Historic Biltmore Village and a 10 minute Lyft ride to downtown Asheville. PLUS a host who knows all things local - from beer and food, to hiking, to local comedy and the art scene. Happy to help you plan your visit and make customized suggestions. Our Studio Apartment with Queen bed is suitable for 2 adults (no children). We offer a private, locked-off, lower floor of our home that is clean, quiet and convenient to all Asheville has to offer! Occasionally a bear walks down the driveway - so we recommend you look both ways before heading out the door (sightings are rare but I do have video I can show you). We have two cats on the property - they do not go into the Studio, but one is often outside in the driveway and delightfully friendly (Meadow). While the driveway and entrance are wheelchair accessible, there are stairs (a landing) between the living area and the bathroom.
