This hotel was rated 8.4 on Expedia so we expected much better than it was. The entire hotel (actually a motel) had the feel of an old motel 6...adequate for a one night stay but not really very nice. I would give it a 5 or 6 rating at best.

Great stay great location but the dryer didn’t work after we had just washed clothes and it was too late to take him anywhere that night so it delayed our start time the next day so just make sure the dryer is working if you go to wash clothes there there’s a wonderful laundromat about five minutes away just in case you need to washing it isn’t working so that’s all I found wrong with it

Outstanding location close to I-40 and the fabulous Ingles grocery store. Spacious tastefully decorated room. Practically no access to dining or other downtown activities except by driving (a short distance). Lack of attention by Housekeeping: no towels or other linens in bathroom upon arrival, one vanity light was dead, one reading light was dead. Office has no off-hours key return - had to push key envelope through crack in the door. Extra charge (or group membership) required for high speed internet (free version was 10/10 speed).

Our Wi-Fi did not work. The breakfast was the standard package fare - fix your own breakfast. Their was no staff to set it up or clean it up. When we tried to check out and get a receipt, there was no one at the desk. He was working on another problem where the guest's safe would not open and their belongings were in it. The cleaning staff parked their van in front of out unit and we had to park across the lot. We will not stay at a Quality Inn again.

We only stayed 2 nights. It was cool and raining so we stayed inside mostly. Good location. The room and property was clean. The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We did not get to try the breakfast but it looked nice and had a variety of options to choose from. Will definitely choose this hotel for our next visit.
