Pretty much perfect for an Asheville Food/Beer visit
Beautiful property, in the best location I can imagine. World-class breweries just blocks away. Very clean. The rooftop patio would be incredible in the Spring or Fall. Thank you!
Very small and lots of stairs. Constuction next door lots and very noisy. Limited availability so thankful for somewhere to stay but if I return this small unit did not make for a comfortable visit.
Great location for a walk to downtown bars and restaurants. The unit was clean, modern and comfortable. The property management was very responsive and professional. We had no significant issues during our stay. It was perfect for our family get together.
Great location, close to breweries. We walked everywhere. The only negative was the parking. My husband has a Ram 1500 and it didn’t fit in the garage. We found street parking though so it worked out.
We had such an amazing time in Asheville. This house was perfect for 5 adults, 6 would work too. The house was very clean. The elevator was a nice touch for the luggage because there are a lot of stairs. The location was great. You do have to hike a pretty big hill to get into the town though. You could also easily get an Uber if you didn’t want to walk. I would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.
This condo was light, bright and decorated very well. South Slope is out your front door and downtown Asheville is a really short walk away. The garage is a bonus and the kitchen is well stocked. The rooftop deck was amazing! Owners have comfortable patio furniture and a beautiful fire table. We took advantage of this each night. Communication with management was easy and they were very attentive. Having 3.5 bathrooms was great as well.
The property is centrally located. The place is fairly new with a great layout. We did have issues with the electrical outlets, which was mentioned in a prior review. The wifi gave us some trouble, but finally got it working. Communication with property managers was great!
The street noise can be loud, and the baseball stadium is literally at the back door. We didn’t mind the baseball noise, and we got a night of fireworks, too, from the stadium.
It’s a nice place. Not perfect, but managers were responsive.
Hardly enough room to place your luggage. No furniture but bed and end tables because there is so little room. No shelves or storage in bathroom. Could use corner shelves in the tiny shower so shampoo wouldn't have to be on the floor.
More a four person rental. Could use a new mattress.
Great kitchen and dining area. As a couple of 80 plus year olds the elevator was critical. The property was attractive and well maintained. The thermostat in the master bedroom migrated to 69° no matter what temperature you set it at. A very cold room. Perhaps the most disappointing thing about the property is the lack of chairs in the bedrooms. No place to go, sit, and read away from the living room when someone is watching TV there.

Perfect Location some property Features not available
The property is a very nice condo and perfect location to the brewery district in Asheville. The issue was the elevator was out of order and we selected that for mobility reasons within the three story property. With this out it was difficult for our group to navigate the multiple flights of stairs. As we were loading up to check out the cleaning service was waiting on us for about a half hour early as well even though we were moving to young children as fast as we could. Ultimately we left on time, but it was not an enjoyable departure.
My family was there for a lengthy stay during my husband’s admission to ICU. The building was spacious and we each had our own bathrooms and privacy. The elevator was essential for loading and unloading. The communication with the rental company was gracious and very sensitive to our tragic situation.
We enjoyed our stay with friends. We were able to get tickets to the Asheville Tourists baseball game which is right next to the rental
The location is walking distance to breweries and restaurants which was nice.unit.
It's hard to not like this property for our reunion. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to visit. Walk to breweries and shops, short drive to Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. We had some minor concerns with loud yelling and plenty of sirens in the evenings but we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. The home is nice, the outside patio on the roof is a great place to relax in the evening. This place would be a 5+ Stars but our group gave it a 4 for a few of the following reasons. The listing implies a first floor bedroom and 2 second level bedrooms. Actually, one bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate HVAC split that went bad on our first night. The management company was quick to respond and had someone come over to check it out only to tell us it needed a part that was not in stock. No A/C in bedroom one for the week. The other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd level with the 2nd level being the living area. Lots of stairs to climb although there was an available elevator which was nice. I'm not sure we would stay there again as there are so many options in this part of Asheville. That being said, the small things listed above did not deter us from having a great time.
Three of us had our own bed & bath, a plus for unrelated adults. Kitchen and baths well stocked with necessities. Great location, walkable to restaurants, theatres, shops instead of driving and looking for a parking spot in downtown Asheville. Condo garage instead of on-street parking was helpful and elevator a real help with luggage and groceries. We would stay here again.
The unit was clean and in reasonably good shape for being 4 years old. The kitchen was better equipped than I anticipated. Cooked breakfast and 2 dinners while there. The fireplace on the roof did not work properly which was somewhat disappointing. However, I would stay there again without hesitation. Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants on Biltmore.
