Great spot for my husbands and I trip. You are right downtown in a fantastic spot. The outside porch is fantastic. Apt was very clean and would definitely stay again!

Perfect for Entertaining

Spacious apartment in the heart of Asheville. Walking distance from multiple shops, brewerys and restaurants. Apartment was clean and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Great downtown location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and cozy. You're within walking distance to great food, entertainment and shopping. The only complaint is having to park in a parking garage two blocks away. Not a big deal though.

Downtown Luxury Living

Excellent downtown Asheville 2nd story property, fully renovated with style and everything you need. Walking distance to all things in the area. Nice outdoor balcony/porch. Parking can be an annoyance if you come and go but otherwise, I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing!! Great location, A+++ on cleanliness! Was a little worried about parking but we had street parking at the door the whole week. Be aware, everything opens late and closes early with limited capacity. All were following COVID protocol. Visit, support and TIP WELL!!

Perfect location

This was just a perfect location to everything, be prepared to walk no need to drive. They do have skylights in the family room as well as bedroom, bring sleeping eye mask! 5 am rise and shine. Def bring sound machine(they had one but it didn’t work) or box fan! Kind of noisy, but our fan helped! We did hav ego take previous guest trash out even though they told us maintenance would come get it.

Downtown

This is a great place to stay downtown. It’s within walking distance of everything! Pros - clean, convenient, neat place to stay, fully stocked kitchen and two bathrooms. Cons - have to pay for parking. They don’t advertise this but about the only place is a block away and it’s not cheap. Our wifi was broken the whole trip. We were given another units that worked ok and refunded a little portion of our stay so it worked out. The ice maker was also broken which was a bummer. Overall it was as described and I would recommend this as a great option downtown.

Excellent stay. Highly Recommend

The location was excellent along with the balcony and just the overall apartment. King size bed, pullout sofa, easy access to everything downtown. We plan on staying here again. Park at the Sears garage, which is only a couple of blocks away and 12.00 per day.

Great place. Great Stay.

The location makes walking through downtown great! So easy to pop out for a bit to get a bite or visit shops. Some great food nearby. Parking wasn’t too bad either since you’ll definitely want a car to get to other spots. There were several moments where I was shocked with the great quality. Had a few issues with the thermostat and the shower but maintenance came and completed their work while we were out hiking. Same day fix and no disruption to our stay.
