「I don’t believe this accommodation justify the cost if you will stay at this property without dinner and breakfast. I was able to reduce the expense for a night to c. $55 by using Expedia credits equal to $30, but if I didn’t have it, I would recommend to stay another one. Far from the center of Matsumoto Nothing was around the property Nothing would be provided to kids, such as amenities, welcoming tea and snacks, basically. The only nicer point was hot spring with good scene」

「A really old-fashioned Japanese onsen experience like nothing else. We ate in the Japanese restaurant one night and French the other evening. The food was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable but old fashioned. I would highly recommend the room with a private onsen - we saw tanuke (Japanese raccoon dogs) approach whilst we were bathing which was a really special experience. We hiked to the ridge (5 hours return) through a beautiful forest.」

「出迎えと見送りをしてくださった男性スタッフのIさんの、フレンドリーなおもてなしが最高でした。お忙しい中、オススメのスポットで記念写真を撮影していただいたり、心のこもったサービスに、またこの旅館に戻ってきたいなという暖かい気持ちになりました。 笑顔とお着物姿が素敵な女将さんと、フロントや食事のサービスをしてくださった外国人スタッフの方々も、皆さんの気持ちの良い細やかなお気遣いに感謝です。 お食事処の私たちの席の壁が唯一残念で、視界に入らないようにしていました。 また、大正ロマン風呂の無料利用時間帯がかなり限られていたので、もう少し考慮していただけたら良いのになと思います。 」
