「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed...

「Breakfast was good, good location, friendly staff.」

「Stayed two nights. Killed 2 milipedes, 1 centipede, some kind of bug that might have been a silverfish, and a bee in the bedroom/room without ever having opened a window. We stayed over a very busy 250th July 4th weekend so I didn't bother making a complaint because I'm sure if there was another room available it would not be any better, otherwise they would have put us there to begin with. They list the hotel as a resort so you pay an extra fee each night, but you gather the trash from the room...

「Best that can be said is that it was clean. The shower was ok. No on-site staff, we had to check in using a Ring doorbell and bad phone connection. The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. Stay here if you have no other choice.」

「Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.」

「We have stated this property before and loved it. Five years later, it’s not the same. I think new ownership took over and they’ve scaled it down to nothing in terms of service, staff, amenities. Basically there is no one behind the reservation desk all day, instead they’re in the kitchen making snack food, which is all the “restaurant “offers. Time and time again we saw people very discouraged because they could find nobody to help them with things like getting ice or paying for food items....
