"We booked 2 rooms. According to my experience in Istanbul, I never leave anything in the safety deposit box. But my son left his things in the room safe. And apparently someone who had access to the safe deposit box stole some of his money. Please never put anything in a hotel safe in Istanbul."

"We really enjoyed our four-night stay at this small, stylish hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome even before we arrived.
The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just steps from Istiklal Street and the metro, so it's very easy to get around the city.
A great bonus was the hotel’s wine cellar, offering a nice selection of Turkish wines to taste.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return....
