One person, one bag and a note stating the fine you’d be assessed if it broke down while you were in it and violating the rules. Tough if you’re a family and on the 6th floor. "The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"
