The whole hotel was luxurious including the waiting area near the reception desk.
The accommodations on the “luxury” floor was superb, with a complimentary drink bar area that included different alcohols. Breakfast was also delicious!

I wanted to provide feedback on one of your female front desk staff during my recent stay. She appeared unwelcoming and impatient, making both check-in and check-out uncomfortable. Her lack of friendliness and assistance was disappointing.

Worse hotel ever, avoid at all cost, rooms were old, mouldy with dead insects, the smell was bad. Buffet dinner and breakfast was chaotic.
