A nice, clean, quiet condo perfect for 2 people. Comfortably furnished and well stocked with everyday essentials. The location was perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay. Isabelle, the property manager was very professional and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

A lovely way to enjoy a weekend away in the mountains. Perfect location to the ski mountain and walking distance to town. Highly recommend!

Great getaway

This is a great property with very easy access to town and Aspen Mountain. There's also a bus stop 1/2 a block away for access to other locations in the Aspen/Snowmass area. Will definitely stay there again the next time I'm back in Aspen!

Ski vacation

Very well appointed, clean place in a fantastic location. Only one thing confusing was the ‘gravel lot’ where I could park was not obviously gravel because it was covered by snow, but I figured it out! Thank you!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend for a wedding. Great location, didn’t move the car once! Very clean well appointed, comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, convenient to hiking trails. Quiet building.

Very clean, spacious, nice area, perfect location for our hiking plans. Nicely equipped. Only challenge was in working the tv controls. Little stuffy with no ac but there were floor fans to help. Would stay again!!

Amazing location with stunning condo

We had an amazing stay at this property. The condo was impeccably clean, the beds were comfortable, the views of the ski runs were stunning. A beautifully decorated condo that would be spacious enough for two families, as the layout gives good privacy and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We did not want to leave this condo and would return without a doubt! Great communication with the listing company and everything was as described, if not better!! 10/10!!

Perfect Aspen Stay

This is the perfect place to stay if you're looking to enjoy the town of Aspen and easy access to skiing! We were a few blocks away from the bus station making it easy to ski any mountain and even easier to get home. We loved this spot and will absolutely stay here again.

Nice Stay

Clean, short walk to the center of town and easy communication with Skippy, property manager. Condo nicely appointed and parking was very convenient and easy too. I do recommend this property.

Pristine remodeled condo perfect for family

The location of the condo is perfect. The unit was updated and by far the cleanest of any condo we’ve stayed in in Aspen. The property manager was very communicative and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

Good for our purposes

Pros: location, appliances and supplies. Affordable for area. Cons: not enough seating, pull out couch not terribly comfortable It was weirdly hot in Aspen while we were there and would have loved A/C (though I know that’s hard to find in vrbos.

Felt like our Aspen home!!

— Great location — bus stop around the corner or you can walk to the bus depot (3 1/2 blocks) to catch the free bus to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk or Snowmass. Gondola and lift to ski at Aspen is just a couple of blocks beyond the bus stop. — Easy walk to shops and restaurants. — Grocery store is within walking distance (1/2 mile or 10ish minutes) but it also has a good size parking lot if you want to drive. — Nicely outfitted kitchen with range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender. Lots of dishes and glasses. Even had stemmed and stem-less wine glasses!! — Bathroom is also very nice. — Has cable TV which is not necessarily the case for many short-term rentals. Have found that it’s becoming common that you need to stream your own content. — Bed and pillows were very comfortable — Property manager, Skippy, was great to work with and could not have been more helpful and responsive!

Good location; very inflexible

Firstly, the magnager was responsive to all questions. The unit was very warm which was much appreciative. Lots of towels and linens available. I wanted to shift my dates to come and leave one day earlier but the manager wouldn't accomodate unless I paid for an extra day. Then when asked for a late check-out because our flight was at 3pm and it was snowing, I was told they would only accomodate a late check out for a 1/2 day fee because "someone might want to rent the place at the last minute and the owners would be out a day's rent" even though the request was made the day before and there was no one scheduled to come the day of check out. As a condo owner myself on vrbo, I bend over backwards to accomodate my guests when we can. I felt no attempt at flexibility to my requests. The manager did offer to store our luggage which was generous and in the end we put all our stuff in the ski locker at 10 and walked around for a few hours. When we came back to retrieve our things, the unit hadn't been cleaned yet. Anyhoo, though a great location (but no jacuzzi!), I wouldn't stay here again due to the inflexibility and what feels like greediness on the owners' part.

Nice clean perfect condo!

Came for a week of R&R. Loved it. Walking distance to everywhere. Clean and comfortable. Skippy, The GM was super accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will return again.
