「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.」
