「I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation. Then around 11 PM the people upstairs you could hear every time they walked across their room and they were loud. I was unable to fall asleep until midnight and I was in bed at...

「pretty clean, nice and tidy rooms; friendly staff! totally missed out reading about the $20 parking fee/night and breakfast for a fee but other than that, we would stay again」

「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.」

「Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced.」
