“The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The only reason for the 4 out of five on property maintenance was because they were doing major construction on the second floor where our room was.”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“The Lady at the desk was extremely nice, helpful and personalble, the room was clean and the bed was comfy however the floor was extremely dirty & gross to walk on so I kept my socks on & the toilet was made for tiny people literally 😡 the parking was terrible cars packed in like sardines, there was 4 spots out back off an alley. Overall the pros were the help and clean room was nice 😃 cons was the parking & nasty carpet & tiny toilet.”

“Overall it's not bad. The room is big. It seems to have been partially renovated a while ago. Except for the carpet and cabinets which are a bit old, the walls are new and the towels are very white. The room rate is about $90. I really want to give them 4.5 stars, but the parking fee is $14, which is more than the $10 a day fee next to the Denver airport, and you have to sign to pay, which gives people a bad impression. When I booked on Expedia, it was marked as including breakfast, but later I……

“Minor complaints like shower head was loose from the wall, bathroom door stuck and swung open too close to the toilet. Some confusion about getting trash in room emptied.”

“Breakfast was inadequate for the amount of people using it. They ran out of eggs and coffee. And the dining area was too small for the volume of guests eating breakfast. Rooms were outside entry.”
