I arrived at my room 150 to find mold behind the sink, dust and cobwebs on the mirror, countertop dirty. The front door area to the room was an old drop selling with broken panels, rust on supports. In the bathroom water leaking from the heat light. The room was horrible. was moved to room 428 it was a little more livable, but still not anywhere near a 2-star hotel. I would never stay here or recommend any one to stay here.

Awesome place at a very cheap rate. Yes it is old - but there is so much to offer here at a great location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Really loved that I was allowed to bring my dog with no additional fees. A lot of hotels add on $25 - $75 to the fee.

This property was disgusting. I only checked in for one night but the WIFI didn’t work the entire time, there were bodily fluid stains all over the couch and chair that was never cleaned off. Also found blood on one of the pillows. It makes me think that this place doesn’t thoroughly clean the room or wash the sheets because why would they if it seems clean? My husband and I felt gross the entire time and it was hard to sleep. I relayed the info to the staff and they gave me $6 as compensation. Really??!! I wouldn’t even be able to afford a drink at their restaurant downstairs with $6. Poor service with poor staff and management. Front desk kept complaining that she’s the only one and she’s busy like a chicken cut off her head. Low staffed and rude. Also, their “free breakfast” was not up to par with cold eggs, cold buiscuits and gravy, and ham. Who eats these things cold? Yuck, no thanks.

Bugs in room and coming out of drain … brown water coming out of tub faucet. They finally put us in a different room which had no TV. Well it had a TV but it didn’t work. They acted like it was our fault and asked if he wanted to change rooms again… we ended up checking out and leaving early. So so so dirty this place has really gone downhill . Front desk manager was rude and unhelpful - I don’t ever leave reviews but this one was ridiculous

Second visit for long weekend of hockey. Expedia price was nice. Checkin was easy. Staff was professional and friendly. Hot breakfast is good and perfect to start the day. Pool is great for the kids after a long day of hockey. Didn’t need wifi to gauge but was available. Room was clean but ac/heater unit could probably use a filter replacement. Unable to use VIP discount for in-house restaurant due to dine-in only and our time constraints; will save for next visit. Good experience overall.

Everyone here is nice, breakfast is good and rooms are good. I took away a star for how gross the pool is. They scoop it but that doesn’t fix the film that was on top of it and how milky foggy it is. Even my 9 and 11 year olds were like no thanks. I couldn’t believe people swam in it. Also you have to pay $5 to use the ping pong and foosball tables. I can see checking the accessories out and if you don’t return it you get charged but to charge every time anyone wants to use it I just thought was not a good look for the hotel. Overall our stay has been ok but if we come back to Colorado we will be staying somewhere else due to the disappointment in amenities.

Spent 3 days and 3 nights with my wife and two daughters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast 2 of the 3 days, the omelette bar being the best part. God coffee too. They have a ping pong table which was nice and my daughters got to use it, however it's time for a new table and better paddles. The hotel is close to a lot of things, we were only a few minutes away from all the places we visited, that was a plus. As with most hotels, the air conditioner is way too loud and we had to shut it off. We would stay there again.

The pool is always fun for the kids. The staff is friendly enough although language barriers do exist. The rooms are normally very clean this trip was not and the room they were going to move me too was no better. Seems they have gotten lazy in upkeep on property. Breakfast was decent.
