“Very first room we checked into, the ac didn't work, front desk staff notified the maintenance crew and then upgraded us to the next room available, no questions asked no waiting for it to be fixed they made it right efficiently. Perfect customer experience.”

“It's a lovely place with a huge price, and I think you pay for the history, and maybe the outdoor dining? I've never been anywhere that has a bathroom so SMALL! Some dear friends will not be able to fit inside to use the toilet which is basically a foot from the sink. I've literally never seen a bathroom so jammed together! Also, they need to re-think their brand of soap - every time I washed my hands I had to rinse 4x as long to get the residue off, and same thing with the "body gel" in the……

“It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.”

“Beautiful facility, serene location off the beaten path and outside of town. Not as comfortable as we would expect from an ‘Vacation Club’ level by Hyatt at a premium cost. Staff missed a few standard items to equip the room for our stay. Inconvenient unloading/loading with only one small elevator for the entire property.”

“Hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing, breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. On-site parking. Hotel is the perfect location if you're going to a football game which we did at the Air Force academy. Close to Garden of the Gods and every place you want to see”
