「We didn’t get to stay in the Stanley proper but stayed at Aspire which ended up being ok because that’s where the pool and hot tub were located and my kids loved that. Rooms were very clean and amenities were satisfactory. Didn’t catch any ghost sightings but I imagine everyone walking up and down the hall right near your room if you’re staying right in the hotel would be annoying after a while or even just screw up if you thought you heard a real ghost or just people looking around. Anyways...

「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds. Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」

「Everything and everyone were great. Im particular but didnt like the ac in the room. Couldnt sleep with any blankets on even though ac was set as low as possible. Wi fi wasnt the best but great overall with everything else.」

「I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place. The hallways are super noisy in the morning when...
