“The room was pretty spacious and clean, I got s room facing mountain view on 16th floor and it looked pretty. I didn’t try out spa but maybe next time”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“Nice hitel and good people ”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“Nicely appointed room. Very cozy. Didn't realize ground floor room was partially below ground however. Level 1 would be much better.”

“Amazing hotel! The ambiance with the warm fireplace, the restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were super clean and really nice. Friendly staff! The only flaw I’d say is the shower was really light pressure. But other than that, I’d want to stay here again! ”

“There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.”
