While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. “There had been a room fire before we arrived and the windows were all boarded up on one side of the motel. Ice machine was broken. There was coffee thermoses in the for morning complimentary coffee but the lobby doors were always locked. There was no mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave in our room. When we requested to exchange our dirty towels for clean ones we were met with reluctant disdain. Overall one of the worst stays ever. You cannot even see mountains from anywhere on property. The……

“I was there by myself. I needed a place to stay I felt safe. While this is an older motel it was clean. I did find a couple bugs inside. PLUS, you could see through the bottom of the entry door Nice shower. Bed was squeaky and not the best mattress. But owner was super nice. I would stay there again.”

The fridge was not working and even after reporting this is was not fixed. The TV was not working either it took 2 times telling staff it was not working for them to (fix) it.
