「We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. 「An absolutely wonderful family owned motel. I went to hike the manitou incline, all I needed to do was hop on the bus across the street and it took me right to where I needed to go. The room was more than enough for what I needed, clean and update. Front desk staff was awesome.. dang I should of gotten the front desk guys phone number, he was a cutie. Maybe next time.」

「Loved the updated hotel; feels very clean and new! I used all the amenities - hot tub, sauna, etc. Everything was clean and relaxing. Nice to look at Pikes Peak while soaking in the hot tub! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is the availability of parking if you arrive after about 7pm, but the desk staff helpfully pointed out some available spots I hadn't seen. Room was clean, quiet, cozy. I loved it and will definitely return when I go back to Manitou...

「King suite with kitchen was clean, well stocked with supplies like plates, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, & dishwashing detergent. Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage. Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day. Parking was ample and felt safe.」

「The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.」
