「My wife and I have stayed in a number of hotels and rental houses in Manitou Springs and the Holiday Inn Express and Suites was by far the nicest. The rooms are very large, clean and comfortable with a large amount of counter space. The amenities are great: Large indoor pool and hot tub, nice workout facility and a fantastic hot buffet breakfast every morning. Good location; just a mile from downtown. This place will be our new home away from home whenever we visit Manitou Springs.」

「I can't believe how modern and walkable this little place is for the price! The rooms seem to be newly renovated, and the having a separate sitting area (couch and coffee table) was a bonus. I would love to stay here again, for a longer visit next time.」

「The cleaning staff needs to clean the windows and around the windows. The countertops weren’t cleaned right and the coaches could use some TLC. The TV didnt work, I couldn’t get anyone to communicate with me about it until the next day.」

「Very nice but a little too small for two adults and two teens , the location is a big plus. It is located right next to a restaurant and a lot of other cool places.
