“We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily return again. The nearby Old Town area is unique and full of character, perfect for strolling and exploring. Our favorite spot was Manitou……

I've NEVER stayed at a place that was so welcoming and inviting about 🍀 smoking. Dennis is wonderful! They also cook your breakfast!! AND, they have 🍀-infused meals with advance notice! So worth it!!”

“No juice on morning”

“Our room was clean, but there were ants in the shower, so my husband told them in the office, and they were shocked and glad we told them. Breakfast was simple, but they had hard-boiled eggs, for which we were grateful. We appreciated the bench in front of our room so we could sit and read outside, enjoying the view. Beds were comfortable. The flower bed full of succulents was beautiful! I'd recommend it.”

“Absolutely delightful B&B. Located in the center of town (but very quiet at night) near restaurants, lovely shops & excellent laundromat. Easy drive to Garden of the Gods. Super clean, excellent hot breakfast, super welcoming hosts and staff. ”

“I was locked out of my room with no phone and was unable to get support due to know one being on property or available.”

“There was no food or coffee left when we went down at 9:30. Parking lot had the same water bottle out in the garage for three days. Trash in garage was overflowing.”

“Very small bathroom and shower. Had many dead bugs on the sink and cobwebs all above the sink. I cleaned them off. Also smelled of weed pretty strongly upon entering. Not sure if it was the unit below or an adjacent unit, but I got used to it. Was good in a pinch. Would recommend updating carpet/furniture, and do a more thorough job of cleaning.”
