「We talked to Dennis for 6 months planning our stay. When we arrived, there was a note on the office door with a number to call. I called the number to find out, Dennis wasn't there, and wasn't going to be there at all for our stay. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. 「Clean and newly remodeled building. Has a very clean hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Sauna was not as hot as I like, and cold plunge wasn't cold enough. requested "mountain view" and was placed on the first floor ( no mountain view) and VERY close to the ice machine......... Requested to move, did NOT happened.」

「We stayed for 7 nights for a July vacation. The rooms were clean, adequate and comfortable. The staff was helpful and our room were cleaned everyday. The breakfast was adequate as well. The only drawback was one elevator for 4 flooors of rooms. At 90% + occupancy for most of the the week, we were waiting for the elevator constantly.」

「King suite with kitchen was clean, well stocked with supplies like plates, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, & dishwashing detergent. Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage. Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day. Parking was ample and felt safe.」

Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.」

He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...
