「Decent hotel, but check-in was very slow. The paper breakfast vouchers feel outdated. It was difficult to find and get to my room because the layout and wayfinding are confusing. The hotel could use some updates, and there was an unpleasant smell in some areas.」

「Oh my goodness, I imagine this is on everyone’s bucket list. Stay a couple of days!」

「Only two lights in my entire room worked and neither was large. The WiFi was nearly unusable in the room and the taxi service recommended was a no show for the first driver and I was late to an event. Staff was responsive and did their best. For the cost not worth it.」

「Air conditioning was extremely loud and every time it would shut off and turn on it to wake you up from your sleep was not restful. I don’t think the place has been renovated since the 80s at least that’s what it look like. It’s kind of rundown in the rooms, the main lobby looks super nice and inviting, but as soon as you get into the bedrooms, it’s pretty rundown and especially for $300 a night. It wasn’t worth it.」
