1 bedroom executive suite had 2 full baths which was nice for our family of 4. Large sectional couch was comfy but a little stained up. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bed was especially comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Amenities were as expected and added to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free experience.

Friendly staff and easy check in, rates were good. The parking situation is a bit complicated (in garage) and needs to be easier. Rooms are a bit dated. Check out was easy. Overall a decent value. Not quite a high end hotel anymore!

We had a great view of Pike's Peak. The bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did not get a chance to have breakfast, but heard it was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and professional.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful! Great location for walking to restaurants and surrounding downtown establishments. Beds are comfortable. Wish they'd take better care of the hotel- needs a lot of work... paint, updating, a good thorough clean! Bathrooms have cheap faucets and shower heads. Someone needs to put some money into this historic hotel!

Staff was great! Views were great! Amenities were great! Unfortunately, I couldn’t change the channel from HGTV to anything else! My sink was clogged, my lavatory faucet was leaking on the cold side handle, and it was strongly noticeable that the edges of the room do not get cleaned 😬 Other than that the location was great as well!
