“The room was very clean and the bed / linens were very comfy. We opted for the room with the balcony so we could have a view of the mountains. It wasn’t a direct view , but more off to the right - still beautiful ! It had a large bathroom with shampoo , conditioner , lotion, body wash , hair dryer , etc. The refrigerator in the room was nice along with the big couch and desk / sitting area. It was a very quiet stay - no noise from surrounding rooms or outdoor area. Staff was friendly and……

“Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly! I appreciated that the hotel is locked at night to prevent any unwanted visitors from entering. The only downside we encountered was breakfast doesn’t start until 7am on the weekends! Being from a different time zone, we were up early and had places to be! However, the breakfast was good on the days we did eat! For the price, I was very impressed with how clean, well maintained, and updated everything was! Would stay again if we’re back in the area!”

“I was frustrated to hear about the parking fees at check-in, not when booking. Also, I prefer a paper receipt with charges listed at check out. I was refused and told an email would be issued which hasn't yet arrived, 3 days later. Charges have been billed but no statement explaining them.”

“The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in.”

“Room clean, Staff Very Good, Breakfast very good, Parking Good. BUT it’s run by Hilton Management but it’s not Hilton Standard! Stayed at Spark by Hilton, Colorado Springs. Staff service was good, but the room had serious issues: a 1-inch gap under the bathroom door (zero privacy — every sound is audible in the room), a broken exhaust fan, no bedside table with a drawer for phone/wallet, and no in-room coffee maker (standard at every other Hilton). I paid $230 for a double room, while a nearby……
