“Excellent property!”

“We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again.”

“Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen.”

“We booked 2 queen bedroom property and we were given only 1 king bed in the room. Upon checking with the hotel staff they said they don't reserve or hold the rooms if the booking is made via expedia which is a 3rd party to them.”

“Having the outdoor amenities was amazing. Whenever my toddler got restless we would go outside and they would play basketball or roam the area in their bike.”

“When we got to the hotel room the bed had stains on it. The tub has an air bubble in the floor. We were gone for a day we stayed for 4 nights they went into room to “clean” all they did was take my snacks and replace the trash there was trash that wasn’t on the floor then on the floor and they went through our bags my wife is diabetic and can’t be missing her medication. They then denied going through our bags and left the room a mess replacing the bedding we were already using with bedding that……

“Room and amenities ”

“My second stay at the Polaris was great just like before. From the front desk to the spa and from Pamela's and Doolies to the tour of the Aviator club. Fabulous stay at a beautiful property.”

“Dirty bed, hairs, stains, and possibly bugs. Couldn’t sleep under the covers and terrible neighbors”

“It was very convenient to places to eat. The room was very clean and spacious. We had enough of what we needed as far as towels, etc. It was also close to the base museum. The staff was friendly. The kitchenette was wonderful also.”
