「From the moment we arrived until our departure, this hotel has been the best overall. Friendly staff members, amazing location for shopping convenience & eating experience. The room is spacious, including a full kitchen (no stove, by the way) with a beautiful view of the mountains. Not to mention, breakfast is superb & the amenities are well-maintained. 「I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!」
