"The room was super clean and organized. The shuttle back-and-forth to the slopes was superb. The underground heated garage another bonus. The food at the bar was excellent as was the morning breakfast buffet, and the staff were friendly and so helpful."

"Amazing staff, Great Value! We arrived late, but communicated with staff for the check in process after hours. The room was great and matched the pictures. Clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and took time to answer our questions. They had a FREE bus to the Gondola that was timely and on time. Even a Grocery shopping run! On check out, the staff let us still use the shuttle and leave our car parked! Saving us from the astronomical Vail parking fees. I highly recommend staying here. It was a great time, the whole family enjoyed everyone and was a great room, staff and overall great facility!"

"The only pros about the Evergreen is its location - 15 minutes distance Vail Village and 10 from Lionshead. Everything else about this hotel is terrible. It's old and rundown - doesn't look like it's been touched since 1977. If you want to do Vail on the cheap and only go to your room to sleep, this is your place"

"The resort is definitely isolated from the ski village lifestyle, which could serve as a pleasure for some and an inconvenience for others, however the isolation does not detach from the plethora of amenities the resort has for guests, such as two jacuzzis, a pool, two restaurants, a ski rental shop, super cozy lounge and its own ski lift, a supermarket, spa and more. The only downside is that room service closes at 9PM..never seen that even in “4 star” hotels"
