「Loved the wooded property so close to Lake Dillon. Individual buildings with rooms gave the property a very unique camp vibe. Would love to stay in the summertime.」

「I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges.」

「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?」

「The building itself is a typical La Quinta hotel design. Rooms had microwaves and fridges as well as Roku TV which allowed you to use your own streaming services. The pool area was well equipped with towels. Hot tub was hot. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very simple. If you are gluten free, you will have limited options as most options are carbs. There were hardboiled eggs, yogurt and cheerios for your gluten free folks out there. For everyone else, pastries and pancakes which need...

「The front staff were rarely there. I was first shown a room that didn't have the two beds that I'd reserved. Moving to the appropriate sized room, I popped back to the front desk to ask for toiletries, as there were none. The desk staff said the individual shampoos were still to be delivered, and no soap other than 1 bar was in the place. He handed me the only full, family-sized bar of soap. The coffee is central in the lobby. Anyone who desires creamer uses a spoon in a Costco-sized communal...

「Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. 」

「This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. 」
