「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?」
