For the price, this is a decent budget stay very close to keystone. We walked over with our skis each day and it was about 8 mins walk. Very good, free coffee! Bed was not great. Mattress was really saggy in the middle. Hopefully the other rooms have better beds. We tried to use the hot tub during the posted hours but it was locked. No one was at the front desk or could answer when we called the phone. This was a bit disappointing because we really wanted to use it and it was open at that time just the day before. :( Overall Convenient to get to & from i70 and the shopping areas. Would stay again if we had to.

We have been staying in this hotel because the location is perfect.It is within walking distance to the lift, the Snowdance ski rental, Pizza 101, and a Mexican restaurant. Our room was somewhat renovated, but the Wi-Fi stopped working. The hotel used to have breakfast, but not anymore. They only have coffee.

The room had a very funky smell immediately as we walked in and turned out to be the mini fridge that was not turned on. The floors didn’t look vacuumed and the bunk beds were completely unmade. The hot tub didn’t look clean and the pictures online made it look so much nicer than it really was. The front desk guy checking us in gave us very little info and just seemed to not care at all. Just a very below average hotel that we paid way too much for!

The room smelled moldy. We opened the fridge and it was unplugged and reeked of mold. It made the whole room smell worse. The microwave didn’t work either. The change machine didn’t work for the laundry. So 3 amenities we needed and paid for were not accessible. The hot tub looked cool but the room also smelled like mold. Carpets had stains and paint all over them. It just felt dirty.

Very outdated hotel, very thin extremely hard mattresses, jacouzzi room could use some ventilation, someone should man the front desk at least a few hours a day. Could use some coffee creamer at the coffee station in the morning. For the price I paid, I was satisfied with the room. Great location across street from ski resort.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. One of the chairs in the room was broken, and when I sat on it, it collapsed and caused me to fall. This was quite unsafe and concerning. Additionally, the bed frame felt unstable and wobbled noticeably with movement, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel will inspect and maintain the furniture more carefully to ensure guest safety.

Our room was very dirty. Stains all over the carpet plus looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Our microwave had food caked on inside. There wasn’t ever anyone at the desk aside from when we checked in so we weren’t able to let them know.

Got locked out of our room at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. No one available for 3 hours. Got a voicemail for the phone number to call- couldn't leave a message. The room was old and didn't feel clean. I would not stay again.

The housekeeping/ employees knocked on my door at 1030pm, 630 am and 730 am even though I put the do not disturb on the door. The hotel was very run down and smelled like mold. I turned the shower on and almost pulled the knob out of the wall. The temperature did not get cool enough to sleep and was very hot even though I put the a/c on. I was very dissapointed in the experience at this hotel with all of the issues and do not care to repeat my stay.
