Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Cost or Hassle
This hotel was a letdown from the moment we arrived. There was no on-site parking included, and we were told valet was available — but it came with a steep price of $64 for just one night. While there were other parking options nearby, they were still expensive and required a bit of a walk to the hotel.
Once checked in, we went to the pool, but it was so foggy inside that it really shouldn’t have been open for safety reasons. It was uncomfortable and definitely not relaxing.
The next morning, I grabbed a few snacks from the hotel shop — 2 bottled Starbucks coffees, 2 Hershey bars, and a pack of fruit snacks — and was charged $28. That’s incredibly overpriced, especially for such basic items.
On top of that, I was not given a receipt for anything I purchased — not for the hotel room, not for the snacks, nothing. I later noticed that I was charged more than expected, and only after checking my bank account did I see an additional $50 deposit that I was never informed about. When I asked about it, they explained it then — but it would’ve been nice to know ahead of time.
Overall, the stay felt overpriced, unorganized, and not guest-friendly. If I could have cancelled and gotten a refund before checking in, I absolutely would have.
