The staff training needs improvement. The service experience was completely different when I checked in and checked out. At check-in, the staff assigned me a room that was already occupied. I had booked a shuttle at 12 p.m., but I didn’t receive the confirmation the next day. She didn’t even offer a smile or an apology. On the other hand, the staff in the morning was very helpful. They tried to get a seat for my shuttle spot. That’s why I gave them a 3 out of 5. .

Will stay again. Loved the rail line next to the hotel and appreciated the shuttle. I unfortunately didn't understand the layout of Denver airport. You need this knowledge. There're two hotel shuttle areas on opposite sides of the airport. Don't wing it before you understand one side has even number doors West and the other East odd numbers if you can even see the door numbers.
