Great Property!

This is a wonderful, rural mountain cabin! Though we only stayed there 2 nights, we were VERY happy with our choice to stay here. The booking, payment, check-in, communication, etc., were all FANTASTIC. Thank you!!!

Perfect couple trip at the cabin!

We loved the Meandering Moose Cabin! It was perfect for our first trip as a couple to Colorado. We loved drinking coffee on the porch in the mornings with the beautiful view, as well as the comfortable beds and location. Water pressure in the shower was a little low, but overall it was clean and fit all of our needs! Recommend for a short weekend/trip or stay :)

We love the quaint cabin in the woods! We had deer come visit us one day that were very friendly. Cabin was clean and comfortable and perfect for our small family. Highly recommend!

This cabin is the perfect spot! It is comfortable and has everything you need to feel at home. Peace and tranquillity surround the cabin. The cabin covered porch is a place to spend hours enjoying nature!

Nice space

This was a very cute rental. It was clean and looked very new. It definitely requires a 4x4 to get there. It is about 25 minutes from the nearest town as well, and is very secluded.

Off the beaten path

Pros-The cabin is a quaint relaxing place right at the end of a very off beat, remote path. It's nice and clean. Cons-The Wi-Fi is unreliable and went out very often. The tv is Wi-Fi /Roku and goes out a lot. The water pressure is extremely low making dish washing and showers tedious.Over all it was a nice getaway and I would stay again

Cabin in the Woods

Family trip with two boys who loved exploring and seeing deer come through. The loft was nice with two twin beds and layout of the cabin was great to have a bedroom on each end. It is located 3.5 miles on gravel with many turns, having navigation is a must (use directions through Florissant, not Divide as that takes you through private property!)

It was secluded & quiet. Excellent view. WiFi signal strength was weak. It kept kicking me off. Also couldn’t even get local tv for news/weather. Shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not going to work. Water pressure could have been better but it did work enough for a weekend.

A little gem in the middle of nowhere

This cabin was perfect. It’s definitely off the beaten path so be prepared for that. You can tell the owners take good care of the place. The only thing I would suggest is putting some full length mirrors in the bedrooms since there is only one bathroom. Other than that it was top notch.

Super rural. Quiet. End of a long gravel road. Rustic. Shower was cold. On demand water heater doesn't keep up with shower flow. Decorations were cute. The whole house was cozy and warm. Kitchen was stocked with just enough cooking tools. No cookie sheet. No extras. Overall we had a good stay and the place fit what we needed for the most part. It is what it is. If you're looking for a getaway in the woods away from the rest of the world this is a good spot. If you're looking for super easy access to Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs you're not going to enjoy this spot. Note: Google maps routes you in a weird way that takes 35 minutes to get to Florissant. We tricked it into taking a different route by adding a stop at a different address and cute the time down to approximately 15 minutes. Super weird that it did that.

Quiet and peaceful place to retreat after exploring the area. Shower pressure is awful, water was nice and hot though. Pans had nonstick coating flaking off, badly need replaced. It was nice that some games were provided.

Nice cabin

Nice place to stay overall and would stay there again. Secluded location, our kids loved looking around the property exploring and finding rocks. Could have been a little cleaner. We had to clean the entire bathroom upon arrival (was almost like it was forgot to be cleaned). We had to rewash all the dishes and silverware before using.

Nice little cabin

The cabin is very nice and modern. Tankless water heater and all the amenities you would need for a visit. The only thing I'd like to mention is use the proper dirt roads when entering/ exiting the property. Our GPS had us go through some people's private property and they weren't too happy. Not angry, but I'd like to see no more renters get lost through their land. Perhaps a small map with the back roads would be useful for future renters. It can get pretty confusing and pretty dangerous if you're not an experienced driver.
