This newly remodeled SkyRun-managed studio combines a sleek, modern design with unbeatable convenience at the base of Aspen Mountain (Ajax). Perfectly located for year-round adventures, it’s ideal for a ski getaway, fall leaf-peeping, or attending Aspen’s many summer and spring festivals, events, and retreats.
Guests can unwind after a day of exploration with access to a brand-new pool and hot tub, or stay active in the shared gym. The studio features a fully equipped YesterTec mini kitchen with a refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, dishwasher, coffee and tea maker, All-Clad cookware, and premium Wüsthof and Sabatier knives. The entire apartment is powered by 100% renewable energy, offering an eco-conscious stay.
For skiers, the ski-in access provides a seamless experience, best suited for advanced skiers. For others, it’s an easy walk down to Mill Street and across to the gondola. One parking pass for private condo parking is included, with additional street passes available for $8 per day.
The studio accommodates up to three guests and has delighted visitors for decades with its comfort, style, and prime location. With SkyRun management, you can enjoy a seamless and professionally supported stay, with local guidance and tips to make the most of your Aspen experience.
This property is on the third floor of a complex and requires stairs to access. There is no elevator.
***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request
No refunds will be issued if shared facilities are unavailable due to weather, maintenance, or HOA requirements.

Skyrun Amenities: All SkyRun Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores; Clark’s and City Market.
Bedroom: Luxury sheets from FRETTE.
Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.
Managed by SkyRun Aspen, our team is available throughout your stay to provide local tips, answer questions, or help arrange private services such as chefs and drivers. Aspen Snowmass has plenty of events, activities, and great dining and shopping all year round. Check-In Information:
1. All guests will receive a reservation email and text confirmation from SkyRun Aspen at the time of booking with a direct contact number.
2. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-in instruction email and text 48 hours prior to check-in.
3. All guests will receive a comprehensive check-out procedure email the day before departure.
