Very friendly and considerate staff. Due to our very early departure (before the official breakfast time), David gave my brother and I some delicious pastry and fruit the night before, so we wouldn't go hungry on the road. Quiet and lovely location within easy walking distance to the hustle and bustle of downtown Aspen. We also enjoyed the clean and practical rooms with good beds.

I've stayed in several hotels in Aspen and Hotel Durant was great. No fancy frills or amenities but wonderful location and affordable with helpful staff - great breakfast too. My sister and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing location- easy access to Ajax mountain and just a few blocks from town transit. The hotel offers daily happy hour and cookies and the hot tub was a treat after skiing. Breakfast was a great selection with lots of fruit and grab and go options in addition to oatmeal, cereal, eggs and bagels.
