Convenient and Spacious

Amazing location with a quick walk to Highlands. Gareth was an amazing host, super accommodating and quick to respond. This house was perfect for our stay. The only comment I would make is it would be nice to have body wash in each shower and the pillows/linens could be updated as they looked very worn. Overall great stay and would stay here again.

At highlands

Nice condo four minute walk to lift! Furniture was kinda old and uncomfortable. Four minute walk to lift! Silverware was random and knives dull. Four minute walk to lift! Great place depending on what matters to you — would stay again.

Great location.

This home is located in a beautiful area of Aspen and very convenient to all 4 ski areas in the Aspen/SnowMass area. It has a well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. I also love how this home felt warm and inviting to stay in. We would definitely return. We had one issue that couldn’t be avoided and that the property manager took care of promptly!

Great location, great price

Overall a great condo, just across the road from the base of Aspen Highlands. Easy parking also to hop in your car to go to another resort or the town of Aspen. Bus was also convenient. Condo met our needs! Bathrooms could use some TLC. Overall price was great for us to be able to experience Aspen.

Perfect Location!!

This is a great location for a ski trip. We only went through a 1/4 tank of gas over a 3 day period if that tells you anything. That's going to all the resorts and into Aspen every night. The condo was clean and the beds were relatively comfortable with great sheets and comforters. The living room with fireplace was a great place to kick back and relax. It's probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on :) The main reason we booked this condo was the value. I would not have booked this trip if the price wasn't what it was. I'm not sure I get why so many properties charge an astronomical amount per night and the accommodations really aren't any better than this condo. Thanks for the great stay!

Great weekend

The property was exactly as advertised. Across the street from the Highlands, and buses to take you to town. The property was perfect for a larger group. Gareth was also very responsive and helpful about getting 3 cars to park in front.

Amazing property! Great location!

We had an amazing time here! Close to Aspen Highlands Resort, this place made it super convenient to access public transit and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. At one point, the coffee maker stopped working, and the host was gracious enough to have a replacement delivered the same day! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Gareth was great and offered to help when needed. Location is perfect for Highlands, just a quick shuttle ride to Buttermilk, and short bus ride into the city.

Wonderful summer stay

Rented for 2 months in summer 2022. This is probably about as convenient a location as you can possibly find- on maroon creek road across from the Ritz and the maroon bells shuttle and downtown shuttle. Two parking spaces, wonderful back patio overlooking a mountain face. Gareth was the fastest responder I have ever encountered in many years of renting VRBO properties- dealt with every question and thing that came up immediately. The 3 bedrooms are not large, but big enough. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Needed to leave the windows open for cross circulation during hottest part of summer. Was very happy to be here for 2 months.

Great stay, and even better location

This unit is well situated in the Aspen Highlands, and walking distance (in ski boots) to the lifts and the bus route. The bus will take you to town or other mountains as well. I would absolutely stay here again in the future and recommend this spot to many friends!

Great Stay even with a few mishaps

Overall, this was a great stay for us. Unfortunately, I didnt receive the check in instructions unitl after the 3pm check in time which was a bit frustrating. However, once we got in we had a great stay. I'd recommend that they add some shower curtains as the half glass wall was a bit awkward and it was cold when showering and there was no extra toilet paper in the bathrooms. Luckily, we found the tp in the kitchen near the end of our stay!

Great stay!

If you ski Highlands, you can't get much better than this. Also, the shuttle to town is right across the street. Gareth is a great host and very responsive. My friends and I had a great stay!

Perfect Highlands Pad

Was perfect for our group of 7! Steps to lifts at highlands and the bus every 20 minutes makes it a snap to get downtown. House was in great condition and open concept kitchen was great for the group.
