「The hotel was nice but the staff was non existent and the property managers never responded to any messages or phone calls after multiple attempts of trying to contact them. There’s absolutely zero parking anywhere near you gotta find a parking garage a little further away which was tough with suitcases. Taxi would be your best bet here. If you need a place to sleep it’s nice but don’t expect any kind of help here - you’re on your own」

「Air con was very handy . Very clean . Good communication from host . Suites in a great position for walking to sights all around ,. Very Close to Monastiriki metro , 2 mins , Syntagma the other way and close to airport bus stop , 9 minutes . 「The property is nice and located in a good location in easy walking distance to many things. The main downside was that we got the 5th floor room where the bed is located in a loft at the peak of the building and was about 5-7° warmer than the rest of the room. 「Self service apartment. Contact through WhatsApp and get the PIN to go in and check-in is completed. Big supermarket within 10min walk and cooking too available. Neighbourhood is a bit too quiet and night clubs at night. Eva (point of contact) was very helpful throughout the whole process and she helped us in staying 2 more nights there when we missed our flight back home.」

「Apartment was beautiful. Had all we needed and was well located for boty the city centre and surrounding attractions (e.g. the archaeological mueseum and areos park). The staff were friendly and communicative, as were the housekeeping team. We had a faulty dishwasher (as a consequence the team offered tp wash our dishe, which was kind) and our safe did not work - but those minor complaints do not takeaway from an excellent stay in great surroundings. Highly reccomend.」

"Overall, the hotel was very good and we enjoyed our stay. However, there was one major flaw that significantly affected our experience: the toilet in the room. The toilet seat is unusually small and round, providing insufficient space even for an average-sized adult. Frankly, I cannot imagine it being comfortable for many guests, especially larger European guests. Even as an Asian guest, I found it cramped. For male users in particular, the design leaves almost no room at the front when seated, making it genuinely uncomfortable to use. I was surprised that such a small toilet was selected, as it feels completely out of place in an otherwise well-designed hotel. The issue is not the bathroom size itself, but the choice of toilet. Whoever made the design or purchasing decision may have prioritized appearance over practicality. Unfortunately, it compromises everyday comfort in a way that guests notice immediately. I hope the hotel will seriously consider replacing these toilets with standard-sized models in the future, as this single issue was the most disappointing aspect of an otherwise excellent stay."
