The first room they gave us, we walked in and the bathroom had hot water running ( must have been all day) the whole bathroom was full of condensation. Bathtub dirty. Looks like someone used it to clean their feet. And pee on the floor. Requested a new room.
2nd room had a loveseat and no sofa bed.
Last room offered had a chair, no couch.
We ended up with with the love seat room and my teen had to curl up to sleep. Staff didn't change price do to loosing a bed. Very disappointed.
No extras. No microwave in room, had to use one in lobby, no fridge, no breakfast, and the sink faucet ran all night. Wasn't able to turn it off. Tried everything.
Electrical outlet in bathroom would trigger everytime you touched the light. So it would pop.
Staffed just randomly tried to walk into our room without even knocking or saying anything. We were packing up at the time. 1 hour before checkout time.
The parking lot in the back with the handi cap sign had huge garbage cans in the way, so I couldn't even park there.
Hotels.com said the parking fee was $5 but the hotel made me pay $15.
