Just 30 metres from the garden lies Sandager Næs Beach—a shallow, child-friendly swimming beach with the official “Badepunkt” quality seal. You can walk directly from the garden down to the water. The 122 m² house has five bedrooms and is equipped for water activities, winter holidays, and everything in between.
The kitchen and living room flow seamlessly into one another, and the sunroom with sliding glass doors serves as the house’s natural gathering spot from spring through late fall. On the first floor, you’ll find an additional TV and lounge area. Solid wood floors and a wood-burning stove give the house character year-round, and there’s a workspace with a flat-screen monitor for those who need it.
The west-facing terrace extends from the sunroom, and the yard is primarily grass—perfect for outdoor games. From the terrace, sunroom, living room, and kitchen, you can watch the sunset over the sea. There’s a driveway for three cars and additional parking available nearby. The bay at Sandager Næs is ideal for stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and other water activities. Close to the holiday home, there's a playground, a football pitch and a shelter available for free use. During the summer months, you can purchase access to the pool at the nearby campsite, and the local shop, about 800 metres away, sells daily necessities. The area's been designated as a habitat and bird sanctuary.
